Patatim

Recipe:

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 cup oyster sauce

2 cups water

5 cloves garlic

1 tbs ground pepper

1 can pineapple juice

1 red onion

3 star anise

2 laurel leaves

*Combine all ingredients together, until it boils. When it does, add the pata. I prefer mine chopped (3/4-1 kilo). Slow cook until super tender.

*In a different pot, boil water and then put in the bok choy. Boil for 30 seconds, drain, and then put it on top of the Patatim before you serve.
